Turning On the TLEV
A married couple and two EVs — meet TLEV Televi, a Korean EV YouTube channel. We stay on, honest, raw, and unvarnished.
Turning on the TLEV
Hi. We're TLEV Televi.
Husband in front of the camera, wife behind it — and two Teslas we drive together. This blog is where the stories that didn't fit into the video get a little more space.
YouTube is short and fast. Writing goes slower, with one extra breath.
Why yet another EV channel
There are moments mainstream auto media skips:
- the awkward morning after pickup day
- the small talk in line at a Supercharger with the owner next to you
- the regret on the camping night when rain rolls in halfway through setup
Setups we actually use, day in and day out. TLEV only covers those.
The four streams
| Stream | What it is |
|---|---|
| Vehicles | Full reviews of Model 3 · Model YL, option compares, daily impressions |
| Capital | TSLA from an owner's seat — delivery cycles vs. fundamentals |
| Policy | Subsidies, charging infrastructure, competing models |
| The road | Camping setups, roof-box DIY, campsite vlogs |
Car reviews alone are not enough. Once two EVs move into your daily life, capital, policy, and lifestyle move in with them. So we split coverage into four streams.
What comes after this post
For now, posts will roll out in this order:
- Model YL pickup diary — Diamond Black, week one, the honest first impressions.
- Camping in a Tesla — notes on the campsites we actually visited.
- Tesla camping setup v1 — packing list for two people, real loads, real weather.
- TSLA owner & shareholder notes — one-line quarterly summaries from an owner's seat.
- Sexy Commander on the Model YL — what to consider before installing, and what to watch out for.
Every post will link the relevant YouTube episode. If the video is short, the post fills it out. If the post gets dense, the video shows it.
